  • Give them an opportunity to update their credit card number so as not to churn
  • Give them an opportunity to update their credit card expiration date so as not to churn
  • Give them an opportunity to switch payment method from PayPal to credit card (or vice versa)
  • Give them an opportunity to cancel should they wish to not proceed with their subscription
