Twilio SMS Engagements

LifterLMS Twilio adds a new engagement type to to LifterLMS: Send an SMS (via Twilio)

These engagements work very similarly to email engagements except they will send an SMS Message instead of an Email.

You may create SMS Messages by navigating to Engagements -> SMS Messages -> Add New.
