Report: Enrollments
The Enrollment Report in LifterLMS provides a detailed view of how students interact with your courses and memberships.
This report helps you track growth, identify popular content, and manage student access. Being able to access and easily view this data makes it much easier to make better, informed decisions about your online teaching business.
You can find all your enrollment data within the central reporting dashboard of LifterLMS.
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to LifterLMS > Reporting in the sidebar menu.
- Click on the Enrollments tab located in the top navigation bar of the reporting screen.

The Enrollment Report is divided into several sections to help you visualize your data.
At the top of the page, you will see statistics cards. These cards show the total number of enrollments and the number of new enrollments within the specific time period you selected.

Below the statistics cards, a graph displays enrollment trends. This visual aid helps you spot patterns, such as spikes in sign-ups after a marketing campaign or a seasonal dip in activity.
You can narrow down the information to find specific records. This is helpful if you have many courses or want to see how a specific membership is performing.
- Locate the “Filter by” section at the top of the report.
- Use the “Date Range” dropdown to select a specific timeframe, such as “Last 7 Days” or “Year to Date.”
- Click the Go button to update the report with your chosen settings.

- You can also use filters to find specific information about your learners, such as their enrollment status in a particular course or membership.
- Click the Toggle Filters button, then enter a name or email address, such as “Damion” or “[email protected]”, in the “Student” search box to find a specific person.
- Use the “Course” dropdown to select a specific title like “Commercial Real Estate Investing” or use the “Membership” dropdown to narrow the list by a specific group.
- Click the Apply Filter button to update the list with your selected criteria.

Reviewing these reports regularly keeps you informed about student progress and helps you make the best decisions for your online courses’ growth.
