Do You Offer Phone Support?

We currently have several options for tech support services, but we do not offer phone based technical support.

If you have purchased any of our paid add ons including any of our bundle plans, you can submit a ticket from your account here: https://lifterlms.com/my-account/tickets. Our support team will be able to reply to your request usually within 1 business day.

If you are a free user looking for support, you can seek help in the community forums.

If you are an Infinity Bundle or Universe Bundle subscriber, you can also come to our weekly group Office Hours.  While Office Hours are not for official tech support they are an opportunity to meet with LifterLMS team members and get strategic advice or recommendations for tips and tools.

We also host weekly “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) livestreams every Tuesday open to everyone.
