Do You Offer Phone Support?

We currently have several options for support services, but we do not offer phone support.

If you have purchased any of our paid add ons including the Infinity Bundle, Universe Bundle or LifterPro you can submit a ticket from your account: https://lifterlms.com/my-account/tickets. Our support team will be able to reply to your request within 12 business hours Pacific time.

If you are a free user looking for support, you can seek help in the community forums.

If you are an Infinity Bundle subscriber you can also come to our weekly group Office Hours.  While Office Hours are not for official support they are an opportunity to meet with a LifterLMS team member and get strategic advice or recommendations for tips and tools.
