If you have content that you’d like to use in multiple places on your site, you can utilize reusable blocks in the Gutenberg WordPress block editor to set that content up so that it can be updated in one place while it is used in multiple places. This can save you time if you have content you’d like to use on multiple courses, multiple lessons, or multiple sales pages.
To set this up, go to the page with the content you’d like to reuse and highlight the blocks you’d like to reuse. Then click on the three dots at the top, and click on Group.
Once the content is in a group, click on the three dots at the top again, and click on Add to reusable blocks.
Give your reusable block a title, and click on the Save button.
When you’d like to insert the reusable content in a new place on your site, click on the plus sign to add a new block, and click on Reusable to choose from your saved reusable blocks.
When you edit the content in the reusable block in one place on your site, it will update in all the places on your site with that reusable block.
