By default, students cannot purchase a WooCommerce product if they are enrolled in any of the courses or memberships associated with it using the LifterLMS WooCommerce extension. You can disable this with a filter, either allowing all purchases or doing some kind of verification based on the WooCommerce product, the LifterLMS enrollments, or the user:
