Loading Language Packs

LifterLMS LaunchPad will load language packs in the following order:

wp-content/languages/themes/lifterlms-launchpad/{locale}.mo (this is the preferred directory, updates to LaunchPad will not overwrite the content saved here)
wp-content/themes/lifterlms-launchpad/l18n/{locale}.mo
