How to Change the LifterLMS Password Strength Requirements

In LifterLMS, you can find the password strength settings under LifterLMS > Forms.

Click “Edit” under the form you’d like to change the password strength settings on.

Follow these steps to adjust your password strength requirements:

1. Navigate to LifterLMS > Forms in your WordPress admin area.
2. Hover your mouse over the form you want to modify, such as the “Registration” form, and click Edit.
3. Click the List View button in the top-left corner of the screen to open the block structure panel.

4. Click on the main form pattern listed in the panel to select it.
5. Click the Options button (represented by three vertical dots) located on the block toolbar.

6. Click Detach to separate the pattern into individual editable blocks.
7. Look at your “List View” panel again to find the newly revealed blocks.
8. Click on the “Password” block from the list to open its configuration options.

9. Look at the settings sidebar on the right side of your screen.
10. Find the “Password Strength Meters” section.
11. Select your desired minimum strength requirement from the available options.
12. Click the Update button in the top-right corner of the screen to save your changes.
